Rules for using ATTICNOVA and purchasing digital subscriptions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to ATTICNOVA and the purchase of digital subscriptions, online services, and any related browser-based applications offered through this website.
By using the website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the service
ATTICNOVA sells digital subscriptions and access to online applications/services. Products are delivered electronically and linked to the customer account used during purchase.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if the service is misused, abused, or used unlawfully.
3. Prices, taxes, and payment methods
Prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Applicable VAT or sales tax may be added based on billing country and legal obligations.
Accepted payment methods may include PayPal and card payments via Viva Smart Checkout.
4. Delivery method
All products/services sold on ATTICNOVA are delivered digitally.
Delivery takes place by activating or extending access on your ATTICNOVA account after successful payment verification.
There is no physical shipment.
In most cases, activation is immediate or completed automatically within a short time after payment confirmation.
5. Subscription duration and renewal
Where a product is sold as a subscription, access is granted for the stated subscription term shown on the product page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page or checkout flow, payment completes a fixed-term digital subscription period and does not create an open-ended automatic rebilling arrangement.
6. Cancellation and termination
You may choose not to renew a subscription when the current term ends.
If a service is cancelled because of policy violations, abuse, fraud, or unlawful use, access may be suspended immediately.
