Is ATTICNOVA subscription-only?
Yes. ATTICNOVA is a subscription-only platform. We do not offer one-time purchase download products.
How do I start using an app?
Create an account, open the app page, and start a free trial (if available) or subscribe. Once active, you can open the app from the product page or your profile.
How long is the subscription?
Subscriptions are billed annually (per year). The product page shows the annual price for each app.
Is there a free trial?
Many apps can offer a free trial on first open for logged-in users. Trial duration depends on the app settings.
What payment methods are supported?
Payments are processed via PayPal or by card through Viva Smart Checkout.
When does access become active?
Access is typically activated automatically after successful payment confirmation from PayPal or Viva.
How do I renew my subscription?
Open the app/product page or your profile and use the renew/subscribe option for that app.
What happens when my subscription expires?
App access is paused when the subscription expires. Renew the subscription to restore access.
Where can I see my subscriptions?
Go to your Profile page to view your active subscriptions and their expiry dates.
Do I download files after payment?
No. ATTICNOVA is not a download marketplace. Access is provided through the hosted app URL while your subscription is active.
Can I use the apps on mobile and desktop?
This depends on the specific app. Most apps work in a browser, but some features may be optimized for desktop.
I cannot access an app even though I paid. What should I do?
First, make sure you are logged in to the correct account. Then check your Profile page for the subscription status. If the issue continues, contact support with the app name and payment details.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Refund and cancellation requests are handled case-by-case. Contact support and include your account email, app name, and payment reference.
